The Krowji team are interested in your views on the developing plans for Phase 3, including the creation of new studios replacing those lost to the fire in 2021. The project brief is centred around current demand for studio provision across the creative sector in Cornwall and increasing opportunities for those practices currently underrepresented at Krowji. The redevelopment works will enhance the surrounding landscape, increase biodiversity and create more inclusive gathering areas to facilitate those pivotal opportunities for creative networking, collaborating and sharing of knowledge and experience.
Phase 3 also includes longer-term plans to improve the environmental sustainability and accessibility of Krowji. There are a variety of ways that you can express your views on the initial plans over the next week or so.
The Drop in session will be hosted by our evaluation consultants (Ash Futures) who have been commissioned to review the progress of Phase 3 and will be available in the café, alongside the initial design drawings and site layout. Why not pop along and see the plans and give any comments you may.
They will also host short workshop sessions held via Zoom. The scheme architects will also attend to answer any questions you have and to also listen to feedback.
