Our two meeting rooms are available for hire during office opening hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm). Due to our accessible public transport links and central location, we are a perfect venue for corporate meetings, creative workshops or 1:1s. We offer free limited parking, onsite cafe and free WiFi. Our largest meeting room, W14, has access to a BenQ Smartboard which is ideal for showing presentations from laptop to big screen.

Please note that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so 24 hours prior to your booking time in order to avoid being charged the original room hire rate.

The Art Room is a light space which would benefit creative workshops and potentially messy activities, but is available for regular meetings if you wouldn’t mind a less corporate looking space. This flexible space can accommodate up to 10 people depending on your planned activity. This room has its own sink. Bookings made in the Art Room will be charged at £6 per hour incl. VAT.
W14 is a medium-sized room that is suitable for up to 25 people, available for hire for formal, or board room style workshops, seminars and events. This is charged at £12 per hour, £36 for half a day or £60 for a full day. All prices include VAT.
