For 5 weekends from October-November, Krowji tenant Elizabeth Tomos will be running eco-art workshops at the Eco Park Porthtowan. Each of the 5 workshops focuses on a different aspect of climate change and uses Permaculture principles as a means to develop ecological, creative, and wellbeing responses to climate change.
All of the workshops include outdoor activities to gather materials, learning a new botanical printing technique using home-made botanical inks, a group discussion about the climate crisis, and well-being exercises to help with climate anxiety.
These workshops can be booked as a full course for a discounted rate or as separate sessions, perfect for an in-depth dive into botanical printmaking or a taster of the techniques.
