Krowji tenant, Trudie Moore, has had her painting ‘Green, White and Red Diptych’ selected for the Penwith Society of Arts Associate Members Exhibition in St Ives.
The Private View is taking place on Friday 4th February 5.30-7.30pm, all are welcome. The show runs in the New Gallery from 5-27th February alongside the Members Exhibition and Falmouth Emerging Talent Exhibition.
The Society was founded in 1949 by Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson, Peter Lanyon, Bernard Leach, Sven Berlin and Wilhelmina Barns-Graham, among others.
This association with many progressive and influential artists has given the Penwith Society a unique place in British art history. Today, the Penwith offers a year-round programme of exhibitions by Society Members and Associates, as well as those by other artists from Cornwall and further afield.
