What a brilliant Murdoch Day in Redruth this Saturday!
Krowji tenants Caroline Wilkins and Tony Minnion of Redruthpress, Sovay Berriman and Shallal Arts had brilliant activities and exhibitions going on in the centre of the town.
Redruthpress had a screen printing stand in the market place from which they screen printed members of the public’s answer to the question ‘What are Redruth’s best bits?’. Sovay Berriman was hosting a workshop for her latest project @mesklabrewyondrudh in The Art Room, Redruth. She was encouraging conversations about Cornish culture and identity whilst creating rubbish sculptures. Shallal Arts were exhibiting their work at Kresen Kernow, the show is titled Underworld and is exploring seaweed and bats. You can see the exhibition until 22nd June.
