The Collective comprises nine visual artists based across Cornwall, Devon and Wales, working in a variety of mediums and disciplines including:- weaving, fine print, painting, assemblage, drawing, photography and sculpture.
In a world in which everything seems to have been exploited and commodified, Headroom references a safe space in which art allows us to travel inside minds but beyond the confines of analytical reasoning, to engage with feelings and intuitions, and get a sense of how things might be done differently. The SBC invites art enthusiasts, cultural explorers and the curious to join them on this voyage.
