Congratulations to Krowji tenant Andrew Barrowman, who has won The Bowyer Drawing Prize for ‘Tree Study’ at The New English Art Club in their Annual Exhibition 2021.
The drawing was inspired by an old oak tree growing out of a Cornish hedge which Andrew passes often while walking his dog. The study is in charcoal on a plywood surface which had been layered with gesso.
The exhibition is open at Mall Galleries in London until Saturday 3 July. You can view it virtually here.
