Krowji tenant Tony Minnion recently took on a large studio in the Percy Williams Building for a very special project. Tony has just completed two paintings both 4X3m which will be back drops for ‘Small Town Boy’ a new play by Brenda Callis that opens at Bristol Old Vic this month.
The play tells the story of a drag queen visiting Redruth to discover where his recently deceased partner hailed from and celebrates community and growing up queer in Cornwall. The play will be touring the South West and London.
