We have been a business ally with an LGBTQ+ safe space on site for 1 year. This business ally scheme holds participating businesses to the following standards:
⭐️Serve everyone respectfully and inclusively regardless of gender identity and sexuality.
⭐️Respect everyone’s identities, names and pronouns at all times.
⭐️Avoid gendered language when unsure of an individual’s pronoun e.g. use “they” instead of “he” or “she”.
⭐️Give freedom of access to use whichever toilets an individual feels most safe and comfortable using for their gender identity.
⭐️Challenge anyone displaying LGBTQ+ phobic attitudes to ensure everyone feels safe.
This partnership with @transparentpresence is incredibly important to us and something we’re very proud of. We aim to make our studio spaces inclusive, accessible and welcoming.
