A recently refurbished large office space has become available at Krowji in Redruth and we are giving individual freelancers working within the creative industries the opportunity to join over 60 businesses here at Krowji and experience the benefits of working in a creative environment alongside other like minded individuals.
For those looking to keep their overheads to a minimum there are small single desk spaces from £80pcm. There are also larger spaces for those who require storage space and there is flexibility for those who have one or two employees and would like to rent more than one desk. The room will be laid out with book shelves and room dividers to give the option of more privacy.
There is a shared sink and kitchen area, the office has its own broadband and if required you can also arrange to have access to some of the ACT office facilities such as the A3 colour photocopier and fax machine. There is relatively good level access, with a power-assisted front door during office hours and tenants have 24 hour access to their spaces.
These spaces are in very high demand and will be allocated on a first come first served basis subject to the Krowji application process so we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible. Please click on the links below to download the office application form.
