Capital Project Partners

Since about 2002 ACT has been developing its biggest project to date, working with CPR Regeneration and other partners to develop the former Redruth Grammar School into offices and managed workspaces for up to 250 people.

ACT bought the premises from the County Council in 2005 and we are now part way through the design stage of a major capital redevelopment of the site, seeking funds from a number of agencies to develop a flagship scheme which will promote the best of the Creative Industries in Cornwall.

If all goes well, we expect to be starting the rebuild in late 2009 and moving back before the end of 2010.
